Recipe provided by Beth Chalbeck. "Cheesy bacon crispy grilled cheeses in dippable snack form! "


  • Bread, crusts removed
  • Sliced american or cheddar cheese
  • Cooked bacon (not too crispy or it will break)
  • Butter
  • Toothpicks
  • Ranch dressing for dipping (optional)


  1. Using a rolling pin, flatten each slice of bread.
  2. Place one slice of cheese over each piece of bread and roll it up tightly
  3. Wrap one slice of bacon around each roll and secure the rolls with 2 toothpicks
  4. Heat a hunk of butter in a fry pan and fry each roll until it's brown, crispy and your cheese melts. Add more butter as needed.
  5. Serve immediately with ranch dressing (optional)
