The Candia Community Woman’s Club is organizing a STOTT PILATES® class taught by physical therapist and fitness trainer Cheryl Alden, owner of Symmetry Pilates Center.

What is STOTT PILATES®
The STOTT PILATES system is an anatomically based approach to the original exercise method pioneered by Joseph Pilates.
