Fitness Boot Camp class

The Candia Community Woman’s Club is organizing a Fitness Boot Camp Class taught by physical therapist and fitness trainer Cheryl Alden, owner of Symmetry Pilates Center.
This fitness boot camp is designed for all levels of fitness participants, men and women. Participants can expect to be challenged physically with exercises that will increase strength, cardiovascular and muscle endurance as well as balance and stability.
CLASS INFORMATION
- Tuesday nights from 6:30 to 7:30 pm
- SESSION 1: Jan 3, 10, 17, 24, 31, Feb 7
- SESSION 2: March 6, 20, 27, April 3, 10, 17
- Henry W Moore School Gym
- 6 Week Session for $60.00

What is boot camp? This fitness boot camp is designed for all levels of fitness participants, men and women. Participants can expect to be challenged physically with exercises that will increase strength, cardiovascular and muscle endurance as well as balance and stability.
Why should I do boot camp? Boot camp is a group workout. It is a great way to meet new people with a common interest, get in shape and stay motivated! It is a fun and challenging workout that will change from session to session to avoid boredom and continually challenge each participant.
What should I bring to boot camp? A water bottle, light hands weights 2-8 lbs, an exercise mat and jump rope (may not be used each session).
What should I wear? Shorts, t-shirt and running or cross training shoes are suggested. You may want to dress in layers as you may start off cool but warm up quickly.
